My watch & me.
A friend: 'I can't believe you paid what you did for your watch.'
Me: 'The watch itself is maybe worth a tenner. I paid the rest for those 7 letters that spell out the name.'
Friend: 'Was it worth it? I mean, really?'
Me: 'It was worth every penny.'
Friend: 'Some people would say that's shallow.'
Me: 'And they'd be absolutely right.'

this is beautiful.,, please read. (it's short.)
The Road Not Take
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I marked the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
Robert Frost.

What a Shock !!!!
LIVE YOUR LIFE.
I've just been told of someone that I know well, who's 22 years old that died last night in an accident.
5 weeks ago this boy went abroad to begin work on production of his first film after finishing his studies at the LSE. And now, just like that, in an instant - GONE. I spoke to him last thursday and now --- I'm shocked.
Your life can be taken from you at any moment.
Show love to the people you claim to love, don't waste time on bullshit, and be grateful for what you have and not what you don't.
Peace.

don't shit on your own doorstep
Him: 'So you don't often have guys round at your flat, then?'
Me: 'Very rarely.'
Him: 'You don't have to try and sound like an angel, you know.'
Me: 'I'm not. I just don't normally shit on my own doorstep, that's all. I go elsewhere.'

Daddy, Mummy and Me
' The feeling of arrival when my father’s pink padded shovels swept towards and then squeezed my body before hurtling me through the air and up to his face where his warm mouth pressed against my shoulder then my cheek, just before I buried my face in his shirt collar, was comparable to a baby drawing its first breath.
He spoke gobbledegook, patted my bottom, and saved me from my mother who now decided she wanted to kiss me. She never usually kissed me. My back was facing her; she ordered me to, ‘come’, but daddy didn’t let go. I was lowered just a little and mummy kissed my hair.
She spoke to me in Lozi her tribe’s language. ‘Do not bring trouble to your Master’s door.’
I ignored her and as daddy tick-tocked away and I clung onto his furry ears, she vanished. I was feeling higher than I’d been for some time. '
